About Us
Meet our CEO Casey Pearson. Growing up working on his family ranch in Texas, he learned not only the true value of hard work, but more importantly working for something greater than himself. He attended college on an athletic scholarship and graduated with a B.S in Science. Following graduation he started his professional career in the oilfields of Texas. Having an entrepreneurial desire and ready to leave the corporate world, he took the opportunity to start his own O&G service company. After years of leading an incredibly successful team that created an industry leading company, he successfully exited and focused his efforts on real estate investing and development. Today he is taking his 20 + years of successful leadership, entrepreneurship, and real estate development into multifamily acquisitions with a particular focus on value add properties. Casey has always chosen to live life from a servant leaders perspective, and now more than ever his goal is to serve his investors.
